Privacy Policy
The App does not access:
Personal information about anyone who views or interacts with the ads
Profile data, contact information, or private communications of any Meta user
Any Facebook or Instagram content outside of the app owner's own Business Manager assets
Data belonging to other businesses, advertisers, or end users
4. How the App uses this information
The App uses the information described above solely to:
Generate internal performance reports for the app owner's own advertising campaigns
Evaluate optimization rules (e.g. pause underperforming ads, scale budgets on well performing ads)
Create, update, pause, or archive ads, ad sets, and campaigns inside the app owner's own ad account
Save local log files on the app owner's own computer for audit and troubleshooting
All processing is performed locally on the app owner's device. No information is sent to any third party other than Meta itself, and no information is used for advertising to any party other than within the Transcend Sound Solutions Meta ad account.
5. Data storage and retention
Report files and action logs generated by the App are stored locally on the app owner's computer. These files contain only aggregate metrics and configuration IDs pulled from Meta. They are retained for as long as the app owner chooses to keep them, and may be deleted at any time.
No information accessed by the App is stored on any external server, database, or cloud service operated by the App.
6. Sharing and disclosure
The App does not share, sell, or disclose any information with any third party. The only external system the App communicates with is Meta's own Marketing API, using credentials authorized by Transcend Sound Solutions.
7. Security
The App's access token is stored locally in a configuration file on the app owner's device and is not transmitted to any service other than Meta. The App is operated by a single person and is not installed on any shared or public infrastructure.
8. Your rights and data deletion
Because the App does not collect or store data from any individual other than the business owner, there is no user data to request access to or delete. If you believe your information has somehow been processed by the App, please contact us using the information below and we will investigate and respond promptly.
To request deletion of any local data processed by the App, email dan@transcendsoundsolutions.com. We will delete any relevant local files within 30 days of the request.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly process data about children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in that date.
